  • The table above applies to a single character & no background commission for personal client only.

  • Private or Commercial request will double the total price.

  • Additional price will be charged depending on complexity.

Background

  • I'm unable to draw background at the moment.

  • Therefore, all commissions will feature white background by default.

  • Or simple backgrounds with only shapes, lines, texts, flat color or gradients ($1+).

Canvas Size

  • Default web size: 2560 x 1440 px, 72 DPI (16:9 ratio).

  • Default print size: 2480 x 3508 px, 300 DPI (A4 paper, 210 x 297 mm).

  • Sizes are customizable. Larger than default will cost extra.

File Format

  • Personal client: .PNG file.

  • Commercial use: .PNG and .PSD file.

  • Please take some time to read through my guidelines & terms of service before starting.

Guidelines

  • Send me details through social medias or the form. Please use English only.

  • My art process: Receive order → Research → Reference study → Draft → Sketch → Color Sketch → Line art → Flat Color → Color Touch → Finalize.

  • I will start some rough drafts that you must decide which one I should continue with. Then I proceed to make some sketches that you must decide the best option for me to continue the work.

  • After a sketch is decided, I will send you an invoice. Once payment has been made, I will begin work.

  • I will send you periodic updates on your commissioned piece and you can provide feedback.

  • Please limit your changes, as once I have started coloring it is hard to go back.

  • Upon completing, you will be given a watermarked screenshot for revision before receiving your commission.

Terms of Service

1. General Rules
• I have the right to reject any request for any reason.
• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• Commissions are for non-profit personal use. Charges will be doubled for commercial work.2. Payments
• I accept USD, and payment through PayPal only.
• 100% payment is required upfront after sketch approval.
• Do NOT send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
• When invoice or payment link is received, you agree to pay within 72 hours or your commission slot will be cancelled.
• Refunds are not available at the moment, so be mindful before commissioning me.3. Process
• The completion of drawing requires 1 week at minimum, and may varies from 2 weeks to 1 month depending on factors such as commission type, complexity, health, family business and work.
• Finished commission will be delivered through email (Google Drive).4. Revisions
• You only get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned artwork before I begin line art.
• After line art has been finished, changes (of outfit, pose,...) cannot be made, only colors.5. Copyright
• I, 000000DucK (the artist), retain original copyright and ownership of the art, which includes redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the art in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.
• You, the clients, are granted rights for personal use of the art. Personal use includes: Social media profile pictures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products that is NOT for sale or distribution to any other parties.
• You, both clients and non-clients, must follow the rules listed below:
a) All drawings will include a signature that you may not remove, also, you cannot modify, edit, change the art.
b) Do NOT claim drawings as your own (only your OC is allowed) and therefore must credit me - 000000DucK - as the artist.
c) Do NOT use drawings for NFT or any blockchain purposes.
